Mike Archer has always been drawn to building things—whether it was equipment at his grandpa’s farm or new projects at early job sites. After honing his skills in carpentry and general construction as a young man, he pursued a degree in Construction Management to elevate his understanding of the trade. For over a decade, Mike led large-scale commercial projects at Turner Construction, gaining the experience and professionalism that now sets Archer Construction apart.

Mike isn’t just motivated by the fun of building—it’s the impact, too. He’s passionate about improving everyday life through thoughtful design and precise execution, whether that means a functional bathroom upgrade or a fully custom dream renovation. One of his most meaningful projects involved adapting a space for a client’s aging parent with multiple sclerosis - it showed just how good construction can impact the lives of those using the space. As Archer Construction grows, Mike wants to contribute to his community—donating time, mentorship, and resources to people who need a lift.
